Grad Activities 2020

Things are starting to move quickly as we are preparing to start our video recording for our online Graduation Ceremony.

Please be aware that for ALL of our planned video recording and photo activities planned for our students, appropriate social distancing measures are in place, as well as intensive cleaning and sanitizing of all areas.

We have scheduled three days of activities for students to arrive at school. Each student has their own time slot allocated and there are no common items being shared by students.

The plan is that each student will have their own gown and cap to put on. Each student will be video recorded walking across the stage and having their name called. The student will then proceed from the Majestic Theatre to our Conference Room, where they will have their Grad Photo taken. Once this is done, the student will leave the school. All students have set times that are staggered, and the school is set up to ensure social distancing and limited numbers of students in the building at any one time. Families/guests are NOT allowed to come into the building to watch.

We wanted to do something very special for our Graduating Class of 2020 – and this is the closest we can do to allow families to watch their child ‘walk across the stage in their cap and gown’.

We are excited about being able to put this together and have it officially released to all Graduates and families on June 26th .
