The primary focus of the Grad Coaches is academic support leading to increased graduation rates for self-identified Indigenous students

They offer one-on-one academic, post-secondary, and/or career support for any Indigenous students
Ways they can support our students:

connecting with families

working one-on-one with or tutoring students

assist in tracking students who are absent

helping students foster relationships with teachers and school staff

providing culturally responsive interventions to meet students where they are
